What You Will Be Working On
Oversee design process
Resolve conflicting user requirements
Manage changes necessary to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to
Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting project timeline and costs
Conduct performance reviews of the project management team and consultants
Oversee all aspects of the team to ensure cohesive and effective project execution across all phases and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
Knowledge and skills
Building and infrastructure background and experience preferred. Strong project management skills to manage large-scale construction projects, oversee design processes, and implement sustainable practices
Familiar with regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and technology integration
Expertise in budget and timeline management, quality control, and project handover
Inter-personal and conflict resolution skills, negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving to manage tensions and foster collaboration among stakeholders and consultants
Construction technical knowledge for quality assurance of consultants’ and vendors’ work
Contract management with consultants, vendors and agencies
Technical knowledge of IT systems
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in building and infrastructure and project management
Experience working on government projects and familiarity with regulatory requirements
