Job Title: Strategic Initiatives and Marketing Lead
The Strategic Initiatives & Marketing Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in advancing the company's strategic priorities, stakeholder engagements, and internal governance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor key strategic initiatives and delegations, business development efforts, and internal change programs across departments.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefings, and provide analysis on market trends, business performance, and competitor activities
  • Draft concept papers, proposals, or internal reports that support strategic business cases or executive decisions for submission to the board of directors
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risks in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Executive Affairs & Governance:
  • Support the Management in scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of leadership meetings, board engagements, and internal planning sessions.
  • Prepare presentation decks, minutes, and briefing materials for high-level internal or external meetings.
  • Coordinate internal communication, including delivery of announcements, updates, and strategy rollouts.
Business Reporting & Administration:
  • Consolidate department updates and KPIs for quarterly business reviews or board reports.
  • Maintain a dashboard of strategic priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Marketing and Event Management:
  • Guide and develop the Marketing and Event Management team members (2 direct reports).
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing and events functions, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of the annual marketing plan and event calendar, achieving the required KPIs
  • Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, and event execution to enhance community engagement and achieve business targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, executive support, strategy office, marketing or consulting environment.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders is a strong advantage.
