Job Title:

Process Optimization Specialist About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce production time and increase productivity
  • Design and implement fixtures and jigs to streamline production processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Analyze production data to inform process improvements and optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high mix, low volume manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in SAP, MATLAB, and statistics process control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
