Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new and emerging technologies.
Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new and existing technology to support our strategic and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Product Manager (Quant & Analytics)?
Define product vision and technology strategic objectives
Define product roadmap, which outlines features and functionality that will be developed over time
Gather/analyse business requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility
Work closely with quant leads, technology leads, engineering teams and designers, and business stakeholders to craft product vision, roadmaps, and prioritisation of initiatives and features
Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner
Interact with financial institutions, international banks and brokers, vendors and solution providers for new business requirements/initiatives
What makes you a successful candidate?
At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, and being well-versed in the requirements of quant teams and management of quant tools
Good understanding Product Management methodology, with experience in defining and driving the development of a product
Well-versed in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
Able to operate in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, quant leads, technology leads, software developers and IT subject matter experts
Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning
Experience in vendor management and production support of front office applications is an added advantage
Experience in working as a technologist in the front office (such as Program/Project Manager, Business Analyst or Software Engineer) is an added advantage
