Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Architect located in Singapore or United States. We are seeking a passionate and technically strong Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end technical solutions that meet our clients’ business needs. You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to ensure successful deployment and integration of ScitiX’s AI infrastructure and GPU cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures based on ScitiX GPU and AI platforms. Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical consulting and pre-sales support to any sizes of customers. Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. Create technical documentation, best practices, and architecture diagrams. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on solution optimization and scalability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 7 years SA/Pre-sales experience with proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Engineer, or related role. Experience in AI, GPU Cloud, LLM, MaaS, Consulting and Business Process optimization Strong Software Development abilities, and understanding of GPU computing, cloud architecture, or AI/ML infrastructure. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, AliCloud or similar). Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills, and effective communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to support client relationship management in the region. Additional Information ScitiX will prioritize applicants who currently have the right to work in Singapore or the United States and do not require visa sponsorship.
