  • Inspect raw materials, intermediates and finished products through sensory evaluation and physical/analytical tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Document non-conformance and investigate customer complaints or rejected items.
  • Issue quality documents (TDS, COA) and respond to technical enquiries from internal/external sources.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment through preventive maintenance and external calibration.
  • Ensure QC laboratories operate in accordance with ISO9001, 5S, lean principle and OSHAS 18001 standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in QA/QC functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Science & Technology, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or related field.
