Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Analyst (HPLC) to perform complex laboratory analyses to ensure the quality and safety of final products, raw materials, and environmental samples.

Main Duties:
  • Laboratory Analysis: Perform analysis of samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Test Methods.
  • Documentation and Review: Document and review results to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Instrument Operation and Troubleshooting: Operate and troubleshoot HPLC and other analytical instruments.
  • Method Validation and Transfer: Participate in method transfers and method validation activities.
  • Equipment Qualification and Selection: Support equipment qualification and assist in the technical selection of QC equipment, standards, and reagents.
  • Assay Trend Analysis: Conduct assay trend analysis and update documents accordingly.
  • Lab Support: Provide general lab support, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, glassware handling, autoclaving, lab inventory tracking, and ordering lab supplies.
  • OOS and Deviation Investigations: Take ownership in leading and conducting OOS and deviation investigations, including drafting investigation reports.
