We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our Dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide pre-sales support. Prepare accurate and timely quotation for customers. Process and manage customer sales order from order-entry to billing. Coordinate with customers and supplier on the delivery schedule, shipment arrangement and documents preparation. Ensure timely and professional handling of customer complaints and claims. Generate order and revenue reports as requested by management. Provide operational and administrative support to Sales & Service Department. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Minimum 3 years relevant order management experience. (Less working experience will be considered)Proficient in MS Word and Excel Familiarity with relevant ERP system or SAP experience will be an advantage Strong written and communication skill to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (English & Mandarin)Customer Service oriented with positive attitude Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
