We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our Medical Robotics (MR) business across the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in introducing cutting-edge medical technologies to new markets, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Job Purpose:

Lead the development and expansion of the Medical Robotics (MR) business in the Asia Pacific region, including strategy planning, market introduction, team management, and building strong clinical and commercial relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy and Market Introduction

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis of the MR and related medical robotics sectors across Asia Pacific.
  • Lead the development of regional strategies and market introduction plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and related companies
  • Drive strategic initiatives that align with regional and global business goals.

Organization Development and Management

  • Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth of the MR business.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Clinical and Product Engagement

  • Act as a professional representative of the company during clinical and product discussions with doctors and hospital staff.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by bringing clinical insights back to internal teams to enhance product development and support.

Commercial Discussions with Hospital Management

  • Lead commercial discussions with hospital management and administration teams.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure internal alignment with market requirements.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with strong Business Development experience.
  • Strong experience in Robotic Assisted Surgery Industry
  • Experience selling to C-suite hospital management , surgeons , OR teams , and procurement .
  • Regional exposure (APAC experience preferred).
  • Willing to travel
