Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Regional Sales Director to lead strategic operations and drive growth across regional and cross-border markets. This role is suited for a business leader who is skilled in international business practices and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for sales strategy and performance across assigned markets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to capture opportunities in evolving consumer and industrial landscapes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, industry associations, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across regions of operation.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to align business objectives with market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed and agile decision-making.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, talent development, and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior management or leadership role with regional or cross-border exposure.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business practices in diverse regions.
  • Experience managing partnerships, distribution channels, and business networks.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional regional language.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field; MBA preferred.
