Software Developer Specialist/Senior Specialist
As a Senior Software Developer Specialist at Nasdaq Technology in Bangalore, India, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on software development and innovation. In this role, you will contribute to building a scalable and fault-tolerant data platform that cleans, transforms, and loads data from various sources, using modern methodologies like AWS, Databricks, and Python. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and customizing software solutions, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to meet client requirements and incorporate market trends.
You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Development, a solid understanding of Python or Java, and experience with AWS, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and relational databases like Postgres and MySQL. Additionally, you will be involved in RESTful API creation, Git, agile workflows, and security solutions development.
This role encourages ambitious thinking and problem solving, collaboration with global teams, and project ownership. You will also have opportunities to develop AI-driven automation processes, utilize machine learning techniques, and deploy automated data workflows. Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
