We are seeking a hands-on Head of Trading to serve as the Chief Architect of our transformation into a unified "One Firm" model. You will not just "manage" a book, you will scale up our research methodology, unify our alpha libraries, and lead our success from crypto into traditional finance. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong technical background, proven P&L track record in high-frequency environments (ideally crypto, or top-tier traditional HFT/Quant firms), and the ability to drive both strategic research and flawless execution. This is a senior, mission-critical role reporting directly to the CEO, with significant autonomy and a direct stake in the firm's overall success. KeyResponsibilities UnifytheResearchStack: Leadthetransitionfromsiloedteamstructurestoaunifiedquantitativeresearchplatform.ArchitectasharedalpharepositorywhereHFT,StatArb,andCTAstrategiesleveragecommonsignalsanddataingestionpipelines. StandardizeSuccess: Define company-wide standards for backtesting, simulation accuracy, and signal efficacy. Encourage and foster an open, collaborative research environment. AlphaGeneration: Lead from the front by developing and deploying high-sharpe HFT/MFT strategies. Directly manage the firm’s core liquidity provision and arbitrage books. ExecutionEdge: Partner with the core engineering team to optimize the full tick-to-trade loop, specifically tackling the unique microstructure challenges of crypto exchanges (latency jitter, MEV protection, API rate limits, etc.) TeamLeadership: You have full autonomy to assess existing trading teams, recruit elite talent from top-tier schools and firms to build a performance-based "Special Forces" unit. Cross-AssetRoadmap: Solidify our dominance in crypto (CEX & DeFi) while laying the technical and regulatory groundwork to expand into the realm of Traditional Finance. Qualifications ElitePedigree: Proven performance at a top-tier HFT or Quantitative firm. Experience in a "Unified Platform" model is highly preferred over a pure "Pod Shop" background. TechnicalMastery: StrongproficiencyinC++ andPython . You must be capable of writing production-level code and challenging Engineering on architecture decisions. Crypto+TradFiHybrid: While deep crypto microstructure knowledge is ideal, we also value rigorous traditional HFT methodology.
