Roles & Responsibilities → Degree in Business or relevant → European Chemical MNC → Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday → Strong experience in Power Automate (Power BI) → 1 year contract role subject to contract renewal Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries. Objectives: Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders. Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail to address challenges and critical thinking skills to evaluate various options alongside IT and business stakeholders.
