We are currently seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate will lead and guide a high-performing team to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • Manage and direct the operations team to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Oversee operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
  • Ensure continuity of 24/7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide accurate and timely management reports
  • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operations and team management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents only
