About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Lifestyle Media Product & Performance Team. This role is pivotal in driving audience expansion, enhancing engagement, and optimizing content distribution strategies across our portfolio of lifestyle titles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach. Reporting to the Product and Performance Team Lead, the Audience Growth Brand Manager will lead audience development initiatives, manage cross-functional workflows, and deliver actionable insights to achieve our ambitious growth objectives. Audience Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive audience growth across web and social platforms, aligned with department goals and targets. Leverage audience data to identify growth opportunities and implement effective solutions to increase engagement and reach. Content Strategy & Performance Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create data-driven content strategies that resonate with target audiences. Analyze the performance of content across platforms, providing actionable recommendations to enhance reach and engagement. Monitor the effectiveness of content distribution strategies, refining tactics to optimize performance. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth reviews of web and social media performance to assess the effectiveness of growth and content strategies. Generate comprehensive reports on audience engagement and content performance, identifying key trends and insights. Team & Workflow Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Audience Growth team, ensuring seamless coordination with other Brand Managers. Manage communication and workflows with magazine teams and internal departments, including web development, SEO, performance, and content teams. Project & Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal departments to execute successful web and marketing campaigns. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Who we are looking for Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 4-5 years of experience in audience growth, digital marketing, or content strategy roles within publishing or digital media. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of business intelligence tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager, and Sprout Social. In-depth understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple workflows and deadlines. Content Interest: A passion for entertainment and lifestyle content is highly advantageous.
