We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support institutional reporting and compliance requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with comprehensive student datasets, ensuring data integrity while providing critical insights that drive institutional decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collate data from various stakeholders and integrate datasets. Develop and maintain multiple Qlik Sense dashboards for reporting purposes. Design and implement automation scripts for existing workflows. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through established protocols. Analyze data trends and prepare accurate, timely reports and presentations for senior management. Perform predictive data analysis using Python or R and advanced statistical analysis with SPSS Modeler. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 3 years proven track record in managing large datasets, validating data, and producing dashboards. Work experience in an educational institution is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense or Microsoft Power BI. Experience with Python/R or other statistical/data analysis software. Ability to manage large datasets and perform data cleaning, validation, and integration.
