To learn more, visit Responsibilities Elicit requirements for software development. Document, analyze and evaluate requirements gathered. Deliverables include Functional Requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs. Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project. What We Are Looking For We seek individuals who are agile, passionate, and collaborative—those who bring fresh ideas and are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. To succeed in this role, you should have: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and software development requirements. Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and producing As-Is and To-Be documentation. Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into system and operational requirements. Familiarity with end-to-end billing workflows, including instalments, refunds, and rebill processes. Understanding of accounting entry generation, including revenue recognition, refunds, reconciliation, and write-offs. Experience with SAP Finance preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience supervising junior associates will be an advantage.
