Delivery Driver

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of products to clients and outlets on time. Your key responsibilities include verifying delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and maintaining delivery accuracy through thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Delivery: Safely transport products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on schedule.
  • Delivery Accuracy: Confirm delivery addresses, handle products with precision, and ensure accurate delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders).
  • Routing Optimization: Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and fuel conservation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle, conducting daily checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure).
  • Reporting: Promptly report any vehicle issues or delays to management.

Store Operations:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and product organization.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a safe, organized store environment adhering to company standards.
  • Stock Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products.
  • Documentation: Manage store documentation, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and address any inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Monthly Stock-Taking: Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to management.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driving License: Possess a valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivery driving and/or store management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or TCM industry.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Inventory Management: Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically capable of lifting, loading, and unloading products.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
