We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with the sales team.
- Update CRM systems regularly to maintain accurate and timely delivery records.
- Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration.
- Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with sales and operations teams.
- Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments.
- Host delivery appointments and conduct tailored new owner orientations.
- Maintain compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation.
- Support the sales manager in delivery center operations and customer service excellence.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry or supply chain coordination.
- Valid Class 3 driving license required.
