Job Title: Strategic Project Development Lead

About the Role

Sembcorp seeks a seasoned project development professional to lead the execution of new projects and expansions/upgradations/refurbishments of existing operating plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project execution plan, leading an owner's project team, and ensuring projects are executed according to Sembcorp standards.

  • Develop and execute project execution plans, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve Commercial Operation Date (COD).
  • Ensure adherence to Sembcorp standards, contractual schedules, contract specifications, and budget.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance department to ensure seamless plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, project execution in Water/Wastewater treatment, Power and Utilities projects.
  • Strong leadership presence, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Decisive and solution-oriented individual with attention to detail for documentations and quality management.
