Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled WSH Safety and Compliance Specialist to ensure a safe working environment for our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Work Safety and Health (WSH) legislation and regulations, with a focus on implementing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
    • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
    • Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve workplace safety.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience as a WSHO / WSHC in Singapore.
  • Professional knowledge in WSH legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
  • A valid Singapore Registered Safety Officer certification.
