Key Responsibilities To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list. To prepare mould grouping and coordinate with contract department and mould suppliers. To prepare database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from QS. To Prepare Monthly Production List (MPL), issue to production team and monitor according to main contractor site requirement/schedule. To monitor the actual usage of materials against the contract quantity and feed back to plant manager/production engineer in-charge. Monitor & update the production records in the database/Globe 3 system. Ensure material planning as per production schedule and update all materials records. To order, monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials. Responsible for all the material order, precast components cast and delivered quantity for the assigned projects (4-5 projects depends on project size). Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
