The E-Commerce Development Manager - Japanese Speaking role is available with a global FMCG company. The position focuses on building relationships with EC platforms and coordinating with ASEAN subsidiaries, external partner companies, and the EC department at the Japan HQ. Working within a small team, the successful candidate will contribute to the continued development and long-term growth of the company's regional EC business. This role follows a hybrid working arrangement, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular meetings with major EC platforms to discuss promotions, operational issues, and other relevant matters prepare materials, collect relevant information, and share and discuss updates with ASEAN subsidiaries
Communicate with external partner companies to support business activities involving ASEAN subsidiaries
Communicate with the EC department at the Japan HQ and prepare materials for regular meetings
Requirements
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N1 is desirable, as there are frequent meetings and correspondence with the Japan HQ)
English: Business level (required for communication with international EC platforms and Singapore-based stakeholders)
At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably involving platform-based e-commerce or e-commerce consulting
Experience in building relationships with major e-commerce platforms
Able to take initiative
Comfortable working in a small organisation
Benefits
Monthly salary of up to SGD 8,000
Fixed monthly allowance of SGD 400
VB of up to 1.5 months
14 days of AL in the first year
