Apply basic helpdesk etiquette in dealing with users via calls or emails. Experience in working with and using: Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or Integrated Ticket Service Management (ITSM) Tool Microsoft Outlook and Email Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Job Scope & Requirement Wise Raise the Tickets into the Ticket Management System (ServiceNow). Some Basic Triaging, aka Process of Swiftly Assessing and Prioritizing Tasks or Incidents Based on Their Urgency and Importance. Assign the Ticket Status and Provide an Update to the Ticket Requestor. Please Support Any Ticket-Related Report/Stats Generation as and when needed.
