Dance Instructor & Studio Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a Dance Instructor & Studio Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for teaching a range of popular dance classes, including K-Pop, Girl Style, TikTok, and Jazz, to students of various skill levels.
Your role will also involve designing and leading choreographies for student showcases, seasonal events (e.g., annual Christmas showcase), and community performances. Additionally, you will manage and grow the studio's social media presence by creating engaging digital content, including photos and videos, for promotions and company growth.
Assisting with day-to-day studio operations, including class scheduling, student registration, and general administrative tasks, is another key aspect of this role. You will also support planning and execution of company-wide events and special workshops.
As a successful candidate, you should be comfortable and able to engage with our online community, responding to inquiries on key social media platforms (e.g., XHS, WeChat) in a timely and professional manner. Education is not required, but we value talent and practical skills above formal qualifications.
