Job Description:

As a Dance Instructor & Studio Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, choreographing, and teaching a range of popular dance classes to students of various skill levels. You will also assist with studio operations, event coordination, and social media management.

This is a full-time role that combines teaching excellence with key operational responsibilities. You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on student success, community engagement, and promoting Singapore's arts and culture scene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dance Instruction: Teach a variety of dance classes, including K-Pop, Girl Style, TikTok, and Jazz.
  • Choreography & Performance: Design and lead choreographies for student showcases, seasonal events, and community performances.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and grow the studio's social media presence, creating engaging digital content for promotions and company growth.
  • Studio Coordination: Assist with day-to-day studio operations, including class scheduling, student registration, and general administrative tasks.
  • Event Management: Support planning and execution of company-wide events and special workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable and able to engage with our online community, responding to inquiries on key social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Education not required, we value talent and practical skills above formal qualifications.
  • Share your videos, portfolios, or evidence of your dance teaching, choreography, or performance experience.
  • Problem solver and positive attitude.
  • Passion for dance education and building a vibrant student community.
