Dance Instructor Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate dance instructor to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet and be able to teach students of all ages. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach ballet classes to students of all ages
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in dance or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification (e.g., RAD)
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching dance
  • Strong knowledge of ballet technique and pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience teaching other dance genres
  • Ability to choreograph dance items
