Primary Math/Science Teacher Job Description

This role involves delivering engaging lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus to students in a dynamic academic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of mathematics and science, as well as excellent teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective lesson plans for Primary Math
  • Monitor student progress and provide individual support
  • Establish strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum materials
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and mentoring programs
  • Support centre initiatives and outreach activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mathematics, Science, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the MOE Primary syllabus
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred
  • MOE-trained teachers are highly valued
  • Onboarding, training, and teaching resources provided
