Teaching Mathematics Instructor Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate mathematics instructor to join our team. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional instruction to primary school students, as well as gaining exposure to business management responsibilities.

About the Position:
  • Deliver engaging mathematics lessons to primary school students, creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic success.
  • Monitor student progress, providing individualised support to ensure each student meets their educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teaching colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, driving student achievement and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources, ensuring they meet curriculum standards and promote student engagement.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in education and management.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean nationality is required for this position.
  • A commitment to long-term employment (at least until December 2026) is essential.
  • Diploma or relevant certification may be considered; prior work experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is crucial.
  • The ability to teach students up to preschool level is mandatory; primary/secondary teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to work in AMK/HOUGANG/PUNGGOL areas.
  • Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Competency in math and English is required; proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage, particularly when interacting with parents who speak Chinese.
  • An energetic and fun-loving personality is essential for this role.
