Track and report on the progress of these students, providing regular updates to the Head of Department (HOD) in charge Assist in the organising Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge Provide support to HR and administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders. This scope of service outlines the key responsibilities and areas of support expected from the Uplift Teacher Aide, focusing on after-school programme management, support for high needs students, and administrative assistance within the school environment Requirements At least 3 years of working experience in primary schools or any education settings as educators or teaching support staff. At least 1 year experience in supporting students with high needs or special educational requirements. Able to monitor and manage students in completing their tasks on hand. Has good communication skills and can work well with students and parents. Must be strong in administrative tasks like keeping records and filing.
