Key Responsibilities:

  • Linen operations in customer premises (hotels, laundry facilities)
  • Daily operations support in output, quality, and timeliness
  • Quality control

  • Daily despatch / collection scheduling
  • Follow up with customers feedbacks and request
  • Support the Manager, Director in fulfilment of work objectives
  • Continuous improvements in work processes
