Conduct thorough analysis of market competition and sales performance across various retailers. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed sales reports, including quarterly reviews. Manage stock allocation and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in Southeast Asia. Oversee retailer activities, including POS gifts and annual celebrations. Liaise with relevant teams on sales and logistic matters. Handle logistic reporting and manage stock inventory effectively. Schedule deliveries and address inquiries from retailers and customers. Maintain an updated database of high-value clients and ensure exceptional customer service. Organize intimate customer engagement events and collaborate with marketing on projects. Support institutional relationships within the arts, culture, and heritage sectors. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a similar sales position. Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, vendors, and agencies. Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with effective written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
