**Project Electrical Manager**: A key role in leading electrical work teams during the construction phase.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. They will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently, while also managing a team of supervisors, sub-contractors, and vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical work teams : Our Project Electrical Manager will oversee the execution of electrical work during the construction phase, including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, and testing/commissioning for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, etc.
  • Manage electrical interfaces : They will be responsible for coordinating electrical interfaces with the operational team, conducting regular meetings, and providing technical clarifications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults : Our Project Electrical Manager will investigate and troubleshoot electrical switchgear faults or failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze equipment reliability : They will analyze and enhance equipment reliability to prevent recurrence, collaborating with operation groups and external contractors.
  • Prepare documentation : Our Project Electrical Manager will prepare documentation for maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and utilizing appropriate Method Statements and Risk Assessments, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : They will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems, equipment, and rooms align with internal customers' needs.
  • Review inspection plans : Our Project Electrical Manager will review inspection and testing plans for electrical and instrument system installations through relevant checklists.
  • Coordinate project completion : They will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth completion of projects, ensuring each stage happens on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
