Job Summary Focuses on Project Management, Business Development, HR Recruitment and Sales Management Work Type : Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation : Monthly base allowance (SGD 2,000 – 5,000) + commissions + incentives Note : This position does not offer employment sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships. Conduct financial assessments to understand clients' goals, priorities, and risk profiles. Provide tailored recommendations in areas such as: Insurance planning, Investment strategies, Estate and legacy management. Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and wealth-building strategies. Develop and expand your client base through networking and referrals. Achieve performance targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience. Qualifications GCE A-Level, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome. Applicants from all educational backgrounds — including those without finance-related degrees — are encouraged to apply. Career shifters and individuals from non-finance fields are welcome; full training will be provided. Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or sales is advantageous. Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, RFP, CMFAS modules) are an advantage, or willingness to obtain them. Motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve financial success. Willing to undergo training and obtain necessary regulatory licenses. What We Offer Flexible work arrangements (Full-Time or Part-Time).
