Job Description Key Tasks and Responsibilities Work closely with Client Directors to further build client relationships and maintain/grow accounts (e.g. collaborate on proposals, costs, account reviews, lead presentations/discussions, etc.). Independently lead and manage standardized as well as customized studies (including designing questionnaires/discussion guides, analyzing and evaluating results, and report writing). Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage research projects in collaboration with the internal Research team, external consultants, and operations team. Actively drive issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations, and consultative storytelling to clients in a straightforward way. Proactively advise line-manager of client status, problems, and opportunities. Requirements: Experience in quantitative research is non-negotiable. Competent and well-versed in all stages of market research (e.g. proposal writing, questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and presentation). Strong industry knowledge, especially in the Brand Health Tracking domain. Experience in other disciplines such as U&A, segmentation, pricing, purchase journeys, and product and concept tests would be an added bonus. Experience in managing a high volume of complex quantitative research studies under tight budgets and schedules. Good organizer with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, “get things done” attitude. Well-developed interpersonal skills for internal and external clients. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point. Personal Attributes Goal and action-oriented. Able to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and client expectations. Specific Qualifications At least 7-8 years’ experience in a market research role.
