Job Summary

Seeking an accomplished Engineering Technical Expert to lead a team of technical specialists at our waste management facilities. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, administer contracts, and enforce permit-to-work systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction progress at Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP).
  • Participate in testing and commissioning of equipment, including mechanical, process, electrical, instrument, control, and automation systems.
  • Attend factory acceptance tests to verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance work and implement standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in solid waste management is advantageous. A good understanding of rotating shift work and effective communication skills are also essential.
