Professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is a plus. At least 7 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, in SAP will be an added advantage Demonstrated success in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to deliver projects with tangible organisational impact. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Agile, or Design Thinking. Experience with finance and budgeting processes is advantageous. Job Description The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives, managing programmes, and driving innovation. This role demands strong functional expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver impactful outcomes aligned with divisional and organisational goals. Deliver measurable outcomes that contribute to divisional and organisational success. Apply domain expertise to support decision-making and resolve complex challenges. Organise and facilitate divisional events, workshops, and engagements that advance strategic objectives. Oversee the planning and execution of programmes and services to ensure timely and successful delivery. Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
