The Role of a Construction Project Manager ">">"> Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E construction projects within an EPC/EPCM environment.
  • Develop detailed construction schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Site Management responsibilities include direct, manage, and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor site progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays. Ensure proper site documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.

">"> Safety & Compliance

Ensure that all site activities are completed safely and in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox meetings. Obtain necessary permits-to-work and statutory approvals before commencing activities.

"> Quality Assurance

Oversight of inspection and testing activities to ensure installation meets design specifications and project requirements. Implement and maintain quality control measures in line with company QA/QC procedures.

Key Requirements for this position include Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years' experience in M&E construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
