Responsibilities
Liderar la operación de la infraestructura tecnológica (servidores, redes, hardware y data centers).
Supervisar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de equipos y sistemas críticos.
Administrar y optimizar la infraestructura de redes LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN y comunicaciones corporativas.
Gestionar servidores físicos y virtualizados, asegurando alta disponibilidad y resiliencia.
Coordinar y escalar casos de soporte nivel 1 y nivel 2, garantizando tiempos de respuesta eficientes.
Monitorear incidentes y proponer soluciones preventivas para reducir riesgos de interrupción.
Implementar y mantener planes de continuidad del negocio y recuperación ante desastres (BCP/DRP).
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Disponibilidad de movilidad
Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en infraestructura, operaciones y soporte de TI.
Conocimiento y experiencia en:
Redes y comunicaciones (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls)
Servidores físicos y virtualizados
Soporte técnico N1 y N2
Mantenimiento y gestión de hardware/activos tecnológicos
Continuidad de negocio, recuperación ante desastres y ciberseguridad
Inglés C1
