Roles & Responsibilities

1. Order Management & Documentation

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Ensure timely order entries and track delivery progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales-related documentation and transactions.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with clients on product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.

3. CRM & Sales Reporting

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Generate periodic sales performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

4. Customer Service & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Team Assistance

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and management.
  • Assist in the coordination of promotional activities or product launches when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus.
