We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and community-driven Growth & Community Marketing Manager to join Lyte, a fintech startup empowering sales-based solopreneurs to navigate the challenges of variable income with financial power and resources. In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns, content distribution, and drive deep community engagement. You will develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, utilisation and engagement, while actively engaging real estate agents, building industry partnerships, and representing Lyte at events to drive advocacy for Lyte’s financial solutions. You will work closely with the Content Lead to develop and distribute high-impact content that resonates with our audiences. This includes testing and optimising content formats, distribution channels, and engagement strategies to maximise reach and drive conversions. Your role will ensure that content efforts are seamlessly integrated into broader marketing campaigns , supporting both performance marketing and community growth. Success in this role requires a hands-on approach , balancing digital performance marketing with face-to-face relationship-building. You will play a key role in running impactful campaigns, identifying brand ambassadors within real estate divisions, and positioning Lyte as a trusted financial solutions expert . Who We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in community marketing, partnerships, and campaign execution. Confident communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable attending, speaking at events. Highly adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative community-building initiatives. Proven experience in real estate, fintech, or sales-based industries is a plus. Strong network within the real estate industry is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Performance Marketing Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention of Lyte’s solutions. Manage digital paid media campaigns with media agency and optimise website and landing pages for conversion. Utilise data-driven insights (A/B testing, analytics, audience segmentation) to improve marketing performance. Track, measure, and optimise marketing performance using key metrics such as event attendance, referrals, agent engagement, and conversion rates. Community, Events and Partnerships Marketing Develop and execute on-ground marketing initiatives to engage real estate agents and drive advocacy. Represent Lyte at key real estate division and agency events, fostering relationships with mid-managers and division leaders while educating agents on Lyte’s financial tools and how it can support their business growth. Identify and onboard agent ambassadors across different agencies to champion Lyte’s solutions. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with real estate agencies and industry groups to enhance Lyte’s market positioning. Develop and execute co-branded initiatives with partners to expand Lyte’s reach and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Business, Customer Success)to align marketing efforts with agent needs. Work closely with the Content Lead to craft and distribute compelling content across digital and community channels. Test and optimise content formats, distribution strategies, and engagement tactics. Leverage email, web, social media, and in-person interactions to ensure consistent brand messaging.
