Senior Analytical Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Analytical Specialist to oversee the development, operation, and management of our chemical analysis lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical methods to meet the fab's monitoring and analysis needs.
  • Optimize processes to enhance the precision and efficiency of chemical analyses.
  • Evaluate and maintain laboratory equipment to uphold accuracy and reliability in results.
  • Conduct micro-contamination monitoring activities to detect and mitigate issues effectively.
  • Guide and supervise laboratory staff, establishing and achieving annual performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor Chemical Analyst engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyze complex data and derive insights.
