Our work focuses on helping families and children overcome issues related to family relationships, marriage, and divorce. We strive to create a supportive environment where people can feel safe and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality counselling services to individuals and families dealing with relationship issues.
  • Develop and implement intervention programs for families and children affected by divorce.
  • Contribute to research and evaluation efforts aimed at improving our practice.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to team members.
  • Identify and address training needs among team members, promoting their professional growth.
  • Support the implementation of our practice standards and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children.
  • Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
