- The primary goal of this position is to support the Head of Trustee Services in overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality trust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory duties and fit and proper standards as per the Trust Companies Act and MAS licensing requirements.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting to MAS and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, as well as business introducers.
- Support client onboarding and the development of tailored trust structures.
- Manage client portfolios in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- STEP qualification (TEP) preferred; experience in compliance is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of the Trust Companies Act and regulatory landscape.
