**Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day administration of Trust and underlying Companies (including PTC structures)

2. Ensure client KYC records are properly maintained and updated as required.

3. On-boarding of new structures including the injection of assets, preparation of Deeds, minutes, obtaining tax identification numbers (where applicable) and letter of wishes.

4. Trust and company financial management including liaise with professional advisors, lawyers, property agents, bankers etc.

5. Assist with Company statutory matters and ensure ACRA filings are done where required.

6. Ensure due diligence (AML / CFT review / FATCA and CRS compliance) on client structure and related parties to the trust and company have been performed.

7. Review annual trust and company accounts.

8. Annual tax filings and completion of Form T’s.

9. Manage bank/investment account opening for trust and company structures including annual investment reviews.

**Qualifications
1. University degree and a minimum of two years relevant work experience in financial services or trust administration.

2. Background in Accounting or Law would be advantageous.

3. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be advantageous.

4. Excellent client verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; and team, problem-solving and organizational skills.
