Project Coordinator Role

As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, delays, and propose mitigation plans. Additionally, you will prepare regular schedule reports and presentations for management/client meetings.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in project scheduling tools. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of scheduling experience in construction projects, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress.
  • Identify critical paths, delays, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Prepare regular schedule reports and presentations for management/client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in construction projects.
  • Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
