Job Title: Business Intelligence Strategist

As a seasoned Business Intelligence Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights, forecasting, and analytics efforts for multiple products in Asia.

Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering market and sales analysis to maximize product value, coordinating the forecasting process, and providing strategic insights to relevant teams. This role serves as the key point of contact with affiliate partners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Lead the data and AI transformation initiative in the software/gaming domain.
  • Develop robust business intelligence dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Apply prompt engineering, large language model fine-tuning, and model deployment techniques.
  • Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling.
  • Implement data warehouse design, data modeling, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Document systems, ensure version control, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Lead a team of business analysts and provide guidance.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in business analysis and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database analysis.
  • Deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with international clients.
  • Background in software/gaming domain preferred.
  • Regional experience preferred.
