Manage contractors and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion. Coordinate with engineering teams and other departments to resolve project-related issues efficiently. Implement and uphold corporate construction policies, ensuring consistency and compliance across projects. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and site personnel to achieve operational excellence. Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution. Provide regular progress updates and attend project meetings with management. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to optimize productivity and cost efficiency. Ensure all construction activities meet ISO and quality assurance standards. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven track record of successful project delivery — on time and within budget. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. Able to work independently and start immediately or within short notice.
