Overview Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing of CNC Machined Components Position Title: CNC Milling Programmer Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: Rotating 12-hours shifts (8.30am – 8.30pm)Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Create, test, and troubleshoot CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to ensure efficient production. Read and interpret technical blueprints, set up machines according to specifications, and load raw materials. Perform quality assurance tests on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Work closely with engineers and machinists to refine designs and resolve production challenges. Other necessary tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC Milling programming or a related role. Must be familiar with CNC settings. Experience in Oil & Gas parts is an added advantage.
