Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, editing, and optimizing CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities: Develop and edit CNC programs for machining operations, including milling, turning, and grindingInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirementsOptimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, productivity, and part qualityConduct trial runs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure part accuracy and qualityCollaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control teams to ensure smooth production and part qualityDevelop and maintain documentation for CNC programs and machining processesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivityJob Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machiningStrong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g. G-code, M-code)Experience with CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, grinding)Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, SolidWorks, Autodesk)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsTechnical Skills: CNC programming languages (e.g. G-code, M-code)CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, SolidWorks, Autodesk)CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, grinding)Machining operations (e.g. milling, turning, grinding)Quality control and inspection techniquesSoft Skills: Problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracyCommunication and teamwork skillsAdaptability and flexibilityTime management and prioritization
